To Blogger or not to Blogger?

So I’ve been fiddling around wtih Blogger for what seems like HOURS (probably more like days now that I think about it…) and I just can’t seem to find a template that I like. I have zero skillz in the HTML field so its not like I can just up and make some schmancy new template. I am REALLY tempted to move to Blogger (I even got a schweet url) since I want to be able to use Google Analytics. I feel like I stalk my WordPress dashboard just about as much as I stalk my Google reader, but it is just not telling me the things I want to know. I can see how many people have viewed my blog per day, and if they clicked anything, and if there are any links to my blog floating around out there, but that is basically it. Call me selfish and whiney but I want MORE MORE MORE! At the same time, I do appreciate the look of WordPress and I feel like it is just a more sophisticated tool to begin with. Bottom line: a simple, been-there-done-that looking blog with awesome tracking capabilities or a more sophisticated template with I’m-still-clueless-about-who-views-my-stream-of-consciousness-thoughts tracking capabilities.

Maybe I should just invest in some publishing software and go totally nuts nutz.

Oh the decisions a girl has to make these days!!

    Invest… KompoZer is free…
I haven’t techical knowledge and I use it for the HTML thing. I don´t know about the construction of an HTML for a blog, but you could try copying the code make a backup txt of the code and use Kompozer to make some experiencies. If something goes wrong, you have the backup.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers!
